Many of our new clients come from referrals from existing clients. We’re fortunate to have served some of the same organizations for 5, 10, 15 years, and built strong relationships founded on exceptional service.
Additionally, we have a sales team that’s responsible for new business development and working with companies to understand their needs.
Are there any geographic boundaries to serving your clients?
We are based in Northbrook, IL, but serve clients across North America. Our team is responsive and works hard to ensure our clients receive what they need, when they need it.

Although we have extensive experience serving clients within financial and professional services, as well as the legal and medical industries, we have clients in nearly every industry.

Do you only work with certain insurance companies?
Our network of insurance companies is extensive, which allows us to identify the best plans for your organization. By representing a number of insurance companies, we’re able to ensure competitive pricing and broad coverage.
How is LaSalle Benefits compensated?
Our team receives a base salary and bonus. Unlike many competitors who work off commission which depends on the products / services their clients select, our salary structure ensures you are getting the best insight and plan for your company.
